My new Marketing in Real Estate

Growing up in Santa Clarita, has been the best experience ever. I really had the best of both worlds. Growing up with a Cowboy for a father, and I mean true Cowboy John Wayne style, I really did have it all. We roped, barrel raced, had the horses right there at our house and lived in the middle of a city. My dad has since passed away, but mom is still there and we still have the horses. I rope from time to time, but Real Estate keeps me fairly busy that sometimes it is hard to juggle it all.

Really finding the home of your dreams is a lot like roping. It is all about timing, and position, much like roping the two hind feet of a steer. You have to be in good position and have perfect timing in order to catch two feet. Same with home buying, you need to be in the position to buy and timing is everything. The right time, when prices are good, interest rates are low, and the timing of your Realtor finding that perfect home at just the right time.
